I came here looking for a water dispenser Aisle 38 in the back, 1 person, 1 question. It's truly a pleasure shopping here with caring, knowledgeable staff. I'm pleased beyond words. Got the Primo water dispenser.

I was so impressed today with Nancy in the garden center! She asked what I needed, walked me around to find the items, made recommendations and they were great! Sweet patient and caring. I tried to give her a tip and she wouldn’t take it! She said I love my job and loved helping you, that’s all I want to do! Boy if I was still in business and hiring employees, I would steal her and clone her if I could!!

Too few people to attend to the public. But the prices compared to other stores...are better.

We have been Lowe's customers for years and are used to good customer service, but the help we received from Matt, Pansy and KJ was so exceptional we must say so. Long story short, we ordered a new garbage disposal unit online for store pickup. The box containing the item delivered to the store looked like it survived a war. Pansy listened to our concerns and called Matt to verify the condition of the unit and parts. He did so while providing the first-rate plumbing advice we needed to be sure we'd get the job done. KJ facilitated the entire process. This kind of customer service teamwork is so rare today. Hat's off and thank you to Lowe's and their exceptional staff!

I was there on Monday June 10 2024. Jeremy supervisor at hardware department super help me identified my handle nut to turn on. He did spend a lot of time to solve the problem for me. He was very patient and very polite. I end up buy a lot of things at Lowe. Love this store. If you live here you need to check out this store. Very organized and well maintained and keep up there supply. Hey a lot of stuff on sale.
