Ordered 6 concrete porch steps for curb side pickup today. Wasn’t expecting Kevin and another associate to help load my pickup truck. Very appreciative and thankful for their help this morning. Great team work effort to get the job done.

I drove a half an hour from Grand Blanc to the store for kitchen supplies and the manager Jeff was phenomenal. I got all my backsplash tiles and countertops and they loaded it was very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. It was definitely worth the drive. I would definitely return to the store.

Went for a hot water heater. Can't get an installed price unless you call a number. DRF is the preferred installer for Lowe's and Home Depot. Wanted $1600 just to install a $600 tank. People, shop around for installation! Staff here was very friendly and helpful.

Stop in for prices for getting. My lawn equipment ready for the season I’ll have to say adria in outddoor department went above and beyond to help me she’s extremely knowledgeable and knows the products , she is extremely positive an upbeat. She should be manager of the outdoor department after today I will not waste my time going anywhere elsewhere

Yesterday purchased a washer and dryer and payed for install. They arrived this Morning without calling yesterday evening or this Morning to confirm. Phillip in appliances said they would absolutely call us. Delivery Drivers could not do the install stating they do not have correct equipment to do so. Called White lake location and spoke to Manager Justin who passed me onto customer care. They want to send somebody out tomorrow on Halloween. Why not send somebody today as we were promised they have everything they need to do the install. Totally inconvenient. Once gain Lowe’s consistent for over promising and under delivering. Returning both units immediately.
