When my husband, David and I moved here to Wichita Falls six years ago we purchased a refrigerator as well as flowers for the landscape for our home, which was about $400 as well as a back door and front door as well. Two months ago I purchased a genie garage their whole system they installer came and then left. We had to call the installer back again. We had a new installer the installer told my husband that the wiring was wrong so a month later I backed into the garage after grocery shopping, came in the kitchen, walked out. It was a fire. There is a man named Matt at the Lowes in Wichita Falls, TX who went above and beyond to help me find a refrigerator to take home the day before a big ice storm hit (1/22/26). He was so incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to help us out - even if it meant physically going back into the warehouse to see if anything else was in stock that we might like better for my house. We appreciated his help and kind attitude, and we hope the store owner recognizes his excellent work ethic. Thank you, Matt!!!

Typical Lowe's with all the same things as with other locations. However, my experience was nice here. The staff seems even nicer and more helpful than previous visits. On this visit there was a group of ladies assembling a dedication to our military for Memorial Day. Great group of ladies. Motivated and cheerful!! As a veteran of 23 years, this is very much appreciated. Thank you!!

Clean store, easy to navigate for the most part. I come here quite a bit, it's the first week of Feb and they are starting to get some spring plants in. Super excited. The photos are from their Garden Section!!!!! Absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely makes no sense to park on the side where customer service is an not be able to go back out the door so you have to walk to the other side of the store go out the other door then walk in the cold across the parking lot to your car would be a lot easier.
