Arrived shortly before closing and with over $600 of product needing to be moved the cart was heavy inching through with my partner helping an associate offered to help and did so only to the checkout. Nobody offered to assist helping out of 4 people standing around with a load nearly a pallet full of merchandise when requesting a forklift it was dismissed (earlier and then) a response like that would make it easier but no action to provide assistance loading or the forklift. Short story customer service could improve from what was experienced… Casey who is always amazing here could definitely mentor associates on this …. Left the pallet needing to be returned at the door after finishing loading from earlier run…

This was one of h buy grass seed and it was clearly labeled $19. I went and paid and then realized I was charged $89 per bag I had grabbed two bags. I sent my husband to the front to explain while I took the picture showing the price listed. By the time I was walking up they had refunded my husband and then they refused to honor the price. Then the manager said in a tone suggestion I put the two bags that I had purchased there. This is when I and the associate said there are pallets in that spot. The manager then refused to honor the price and then started to say I should have payed attention. I told her that it is not my job as a customer to make sure there items are in the correct place. No one in the garden center helped us regardless of spending probably 30 mins looking at grass seed.

Recently went into this location and purchased several thousands of dollars worth of appliances - we made our decision based on what the associate told us (and physically verified by going into the back of the store) that they had physically in stock so it would arrive quickly. The associate put the wrong fridge on our initial order - luckily we caught that mistake after reviewing things that evening and were able to fix that but now our items are not expected to deliver until 2 weeks after our purchase date and are being told by fulfillment that they have not received the items we purchased (so they weren't in fact in store like we were told?) - I've tried multiple times to reach a manager to discuss but am always put on hold for 20+ minutes without ever reaching them. Shout out to SHAWN for going above and beyond helping my mom find the mini Lowe’s buckets after the first guy straight up went “no we’re all out” … Shawn pulled out his device to look it up.. gave us directions on where it would be then found us later to ask if we found them. Which we said no there weren’t any… to which he then went to the back and found us a whole box ! Thanks Shawn! You made my moms day!

Reliable home improvement spot for the west side, right at the Maple and Ridge intersection. Pricing has always been good at Lowe’s and I’ve had some assistance at this store that went above and beyond regular retail. Great outdoor garden center that has a poor indoor plant section. The hardware portion of the store is well organized and easily shoppable, with a fairly reliable amount of staff to ask for help. The registers flow decently too, lacking maybe another checker. My last comment on the store is that they need to simply beef up security at that entrance. I’ve been about run over and had serious confrontations twice this summer involving thieves rushing out of those front doors and there was nothing but crickets on the Lowe’s end of both instances.
