Lowe’s should pay attention to this review because I ultimately went home and ordered what I needed from Amazon. You need to get a handle on your stocking, organization, and inventory management immediately. Pros: It’s a convenient location, the garden center is lovely, and the parking is good. Cons: Everything else. I went in specifically for a car key fob battery. The joke of a battery “section” looked like nobody had updated the inventory in months. While there were plenty of standard 2032 sizes, there were nothing but empty racks where the specific sizes should have been. I wasn't able to leave a phone review after speaking with Jean, but I want to give her a big shout-out for helping reschedule my delivery after some pretty significant delivery delays (on the manufacture side). We had great in-store help reviewing appliances, I ended up ordering them online with help from a different associate and then the Upper Moreland team was really great to ensure we actually received the delivery. They arrived today and the delivery was very smooth. So excited about our new appliances. Big thanks to this team.

My son and I were looking for something specific at the Lowe’s in Upper Moreland on Welsh Rd. that we couldn’t find so I asked Chris for help and he went far beyond “above and beyond” to help us! I will definitely be contacting corporate to let them know how fantastic and helpful he was for us! I already alerted the manager about him. Way to go Chris, you’re the best!

Makes me think of an upscale Home Depot. Needed assistance and boy was the employee for the department helpful. I didn't get his name but he is in the department where the nylon spacers are. He didn't act like he was bothered by the questions I ask. He was happy to assist. Thanks Lowes for hiring quality employees.

DECEPTIVE MISLEADING RETURN POLICY Purchased a blower and tried to return it three days outside of the return window. Their website says 90 days on most items but apparently this was a 30 day return item I was literally about to buy a $900 washing machine. I said hey can you give me a store credit the manager on duty abruptly shut me down and said there’s nothing he can do. Congratulations Lowe’s. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER purchase another item from your stores.. No wonder this location has less than four star rating by the way if anyone at Lowe’s actually cares about this it was Saturday 12/13 around noon. manager was rude and not helpful at all
