Absolutely horrible behavior from one of their supervisors. This started yesterday when I sent my son (who has worked for my for 8 years and so he is by no means a novice) to have paint made using a code from Lowes' old paint numbering system (they changed it about a year ago). He was met by Lynn who promptly told him she could not help as the code was old and she could not use it. He explained to her that there is a way to cross the old system to the new one and that we have done this several times at this store. Very condescendingly, she told him he was wrong and that she "is the paint supervisor and if there was a way to cross it, she would know about it". He tried to explain to her again that we have done this at this particular Lowe several times. She got even more rude and shut

Absolutely worst experience you could imagine. Purchased a new microwave and oven with free installation. Lowe's sublets installs from Heaton Construction out of Roanoke Rapids which absolutely destroyed cabinet for a simple microwave install. The microwave was the same make just a updated model but the installer thought it was a good idea to drill multiple new holes in my custom cabinets when there was a existing hole for the power cord. After a month of back and forth with Lowes "customer service" and Heaton construction the cabinet was finally repaired as good as their manager could. I will never purchase from Lowes again, they have no control over the installers and offered $200 bucks for the inconvenience. Absolutely could care less about the customer experience.

I started coming here after the Lowe’s in Surf City was two days late with a delivery and laughed it off. I’m currently trying to get the 4 hour delivery window that was agreed to upon purchase and getting the run around. They’ve had a week to prepare this, I have text and emails stating I’ll get a 4 hour window today and every employee and manager I speak with is telling me that they don’t provide a 4 hour delivery window, it’ll show up sometime between 8:00-8:00. Looks like this Lowe’s is off the list now too.

Kathe, Bri and the rest of the team back in Kitchen and Appliances went above and beyond to locate a needed cabinet. Great customer service!!!! Thank you.

The worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. Don’t say you’re dog friendly if you’re not dog friendly. My in laws had their very sweet and quiet golden doodle at the self check out line with us and Marilyn yelled “EXCUSE ME get your dog on a tighter leash” and was extremely rude and condescending. We were all shocked. We normally go to the Surf City Lowe’s because the customer service is incredible and they love on our pups, but after coming here and experiencing this type of behavior from Marilyn we will never step foot here again. Extremely rude for no reason. If you’re unhappy then maybe don’t work here.
