⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service – Thank You, Donna I shop at this Lowe’s location very frequently for renovation and investment projects, and I want to recognize Donna for outstanding customer service. There was a situation at checkout that needed a manager’s assistance, and Donna stepped in, listened carefully, stayed professional, and made the situation right. She was respectful, calm, and truly customer-focused — exactly how issues should be handled. Employees like Donna are the reason customers keep coming back. She’s easily one of the top employees I’ve interacted with at this store, and I appreciate her taking the time to help. Thank you, Donna, for great service.

Needed to buy decorative edging at Lowe’s this morning. The app gave me location but the edging I wanted was no where to be found. I asked an employee, Connie, for assistance. She stopped what she was doing, (watering the plants), and very kindly assisted me. She too searched everywhere but instead of giving up so she could get back to watering the plants, she reached out to another employee Isaiah, to help. He finally found them on the highest rafter where no one could have easily seen them. Together Connie and Isaiah retrieved them for me. It was cold and windy and could have easily blown me off, but they didn’t. Kudos to both of them for helping me get what I wanted. Exceptional service all the way around!

Recently visited this Lowes wanting to purchase exterior front and back doors for my house. Bob waited on me and that sealed the deal I’m not shopping at Lowe’s anymore and I’ll go the .25 mile down the road to Home Depot. This old, miserable curmudgeon needs to retire. He did more to discourage me from buying doors or anything at that Lowes than anything else. There is a difference between a knowledgeable individual and I know it all. His condescending attitude was not Was not helpful at all. When I tried to talk, he cut me off at every turn. Every time I try to speak, he seemed exasperated and upset With me like I didn’t have a right to speak. This man needs to retire already as he has no business working with the public. My fiance and I came into the store to purchase some paint, etc.. for our new house and we were greeted by Sam as we were walking by and she helped us with so much! Just in one visit. Sharing her experience and thoughts with us and after all the help she gave us we ended up opening up a Lowe’s credit line because we will be back to see her again! HOPEFULLY! Thank you Sam & thank you Lowe’s for showing us an amazing customer service!!

I ordered 7 kitchen cabinets to be truck delivered. 1 was the floor model with the display sign stuck in the drawer, no box, obviously damaged and touched up with paint that did not match. 3 other cabinets arrived with damaged or open boxes with damages found on each cabinet. I called to file a case and was told I'd get a call within 24 hours. I waited 48 and called about about my case. I was told it was escalated and I'd get a call within 24 hours. I called the store and it rang for over 4 minutes. I did not get a call until after the 72 hour mark. Then it was just a voicemail saying call the store. Very disappointed they just shipped whatever, there is no quality control, they did not even attempt to tape the damaged boxes closed. I paid for it to be delivered by truck to avoid damagin
