Laura, Customer service, as you come through the entrance door; Laura was there ready to help. I had a problem with a drill I bought the previous night and had to return it. She was engaging pleasant and helpful. When I found that I was going to have to go back to the tool departments and Laura went there with me. She’s has taken on this problem and she is determined to creat an acceptable outcome. We started by pricing and comparing several similar products and whether they would be comparable to have an amicable conclusion. She called the Dept. manager, again, with her phone (what a great use of a Lowe’s provided resource) and all I could hear between them was respect for each other and cooperation to resolve. Richard, Lance, and Cierra in Lowe’s Paint Department are simply the best! Their expertise, spot-on recommendations, and genuine teamwork make every visit effortless and enjoyable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help—they set the gold standard for customer service! What impressed me most was the seamless teamwork they demonstrate. This store is ridiculous at trying to get help. You have to go around and find people. Multiple wife showed an associate a picture of a sprinkler riser she needed and the people gave her an incorrect item. The store refused to return the item without a receipt or putting it on a gift card. Why a gift card if the inventory at this location is always wrong. I need the cash we paid for it back so I can go to Home Depot. I tried talking to the assistant manager Javier who obviously should not be in that position as he became argumentative over a $2 part that clearly came from Lowe’s. I filed a complaint with corporate and with the Better Business Bureau as this location continues to go down hill. Archie in the Door department was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me locate what store a Pet Safe dog door was available in. The website said in Tampa he took the time and effort to check and found an available one in the WH Lowes. I cannot thank him enough.

Very disappointed in customer service in handling a install issue. Lack of thier knowledge caused more expense that was actually needed. I spoke to several managers understood and agreed with my situation and said they would get to the issue and how to fix. Store manager said he would call me back, instead the appliance manager (ok, if I got results) he told me if I hadn't heard anything Monday give him a call. I called him back and still waiting on the call back. Lowes used to be my go to store. Have bought most of my major appliances. Appliance ok, install horrible and misleading. Communication with managers Very bad, poor follow through and follow up.
