Brie from paint was awesome! I walked in for supplies for a diy with no plan. She helped me figure out what colors and stains I would like best with my spaces. She was kind, patient and thorough with her questions. Thank you Brie!

Those 2 red circles are the only thing I saw in this store to inform customers where the bathrooms are located. From the sign pictured, the bathrooms are about 10 feet away. The rest of your store had zero signs to tell me where the bathrooms were, I had to ask an employee. He was very nice and helpful. I walked from one side of the other before finally asking him where they were. If I was elderly and couldn’t make it to the bathrooms it would be quite embarrassing. If I was a mother, or father, with a small child and needed one quickly, it could have been bad. I suppose if you’re not required to put signs up, then I guess you don’t? It would be helpful to your customers if there were signs.

I was able to find exactly the Christmas lights and poinsettas I was looking for. I haven't been to Lowe's in awhile and I wasn't too happy with their all self check out procedure. Self check takes too much time. I would rather have a cashier provide the service.

Stopped in Friday to pick up 3 items. Clerks gave great directions to the product. Self check was quick. Plenty parking at this store.

September 3, 2025 Concerned About Inconsistent and Potentially Discriminatory Treatment at Lowe's (Winterville, NC) Today, I experienced what I believe to be an act of racial bias at the Lowe's Home Improvement store in Winterville. I went to return an item I had purchased, and was told by the assistant store manager, Kimberly, that the return was outside their "2-day policy." However, at the time of purchase, another store representative had clearly stated that I had 30 days to return the item. What made this situation especially troubling was that a white customer next to me in line mentioned that his return had just been overridden-despite being outside the same policy window.
