Gavin was very helpful with showing me what I needed for my project. I was amazed that he stopped by and asked if I needed any help ( I must have had that look ) when he had just clocked out was was already out of his work clothes. Just goes to show that good people still exist

I've been to this Lowes many times over the years... I used to live in the area and used it then and recently was nearby and needed a few things, so I stopped in. The store was nicely stocked and I found everything I needed. Saw plenty of employees working there, but oddly, none of them asked me if I needed anything or any help. Otherwise, it was a nice visit.

They don’t answer the phone. I’ve called 3 times in the last 2 days and spent over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is beyond ridiculous. Update: After 3 hours of not answering the phone I finally got through to assistant store manager Jim Lewis. He first hung up on me, but when I called back he answered the phone in a much calmer manner. He explained the flooring I was looking for is unaccounted for and they were doing a flooring reset and the materials were probably lost. I asked was this normal and he said things like this happen all the time. Just wanted to leave a review that the Lowe’s in dale city has lost product of over $3,000 and doesn’t seem to care about it.

This Store needs better management! Always a terrible experience. Armie at the flooring/ Eric in the operator/ and Aaron at the checkout have made my day and delivered an exceptional customer service. However, my interaction with the online order and store management was poor earlier. Old comment/review “Can anyone pick up the phone in this store! Just called during normal hours/No weekends/No lunch time. Need to place an order” This was perfectly actioned by Armie after a couple of calls to many Lowe’s stores in the area thank you Armie & Aarron!

Came to Lowe’s to get some fans and some electrical stuff, closet centers and other household stuff. The staff was helpful with helping me find something’s I couldn’t find. I need to have some closet doors put in so they are going to come out and measure and get me some doors. I love Lowe’s it’s usually pretty clean. This one is a little messy but I loved seeing all the kids working with the little hammers banging away while eating popcorn. I think they have the best prices for dishwashers as well, the only thing that I think is weird is you now have to sign up for military discount instead of just showing your ID we have been out of the country try for four years so I guess that’s when things changed. I did try to figure out how to do it on their website but I am not sure what is going o
