stopped by this morning after the gym and had such an incredible experience. The staff were all SO helpful and got me in and out of there quickly. The only thing that I did not like was when first entered, there was an employee named Josh talking to another saying that Alex, the nurse in MN, who was shot recently deserved to die. Political beliefs aside, employees should not be talking politics loudly.

Would not honor the price. The box is labeled at $34 but rings at $50. Manager won't adjust the price. And it is not like anyone has ran and fixed it. The same one in H*me Dep*t is $27 to start with.

I had a great experience at the Worcester Lowe’s, thanks to an associate named Richmond. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Richmond went above and beyond to assist me, and he should be an example for the rest of the team. Excellent customer service.

I absolutely love this Lowe's! Eric in painting is so knowledgeable in painting and can help you paint your house in a 10 minute conversation. Every employee I have meet here has always been so helpful and willing to take the time to help! My stairs before and after. I never done anything like this. But with great guidance from Eric, they came out amazing.

Absolutely fantastic store. I was greeted immediately, guides and directed to department. My first time in there. I am nervous when that is the case. Immediately, the nerves were gone and felt comfortable. Stress free, I recommend early morning for now.
