If I could give Lowe’s zero stars, I would. My refrigerator purchase turned into a month long nightmare of misinformation, finger-pointing, & complete disregard for the customer. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s, paying extra for installation and haul-away of the old unit. When the delivery crew arrived on October 10, they suddenly announced they “don’t touch copper wire,” which is what my water line uses. At no point during the purchase, checkout, or confirmation process was this ever communicated. Had I known, I would have prepared for it ahead of time or not gone through with the purchase. As I was grabbing my tool to disconnect the line myself, the delivery crew told me it was “taking too long” and that they had other deliveries to make. Instead of completing the job I paid for

Nice lowes location. Very easy to order online and do an in store pickup. The parking lot is large and it is directly off the highway. The store is well stocked and the staff was very helpful

Bought $66 worth of pipe flange mounts here in late October. Unfortunately wasn’t able to use them and with moving/the holidays/single parenting and working full time I wasn’t able to make it back to the store until today to return. When I arrived at the store at 11:26, the person working at the returns department told me I was outside the 90 day window, I was only outside the 90 day window by two days so he said to come back in an hour when his manager came in and he would override it. I decided to wait as long as I could as I heard him speak to the manager on their work phone and the manager said he was at the store already (it was communicated to the manager at that point so he was aware he was going to be overriding a 92 day return)- I waited 40 minutes he still wasn’t able to make i

I’ve made so many appliance purchases and a bunch of home improvements items. All great. And I love their nursery

Store was very clean and organized. The staff was very polite and helpful. Has a good selection like your typical Lowe's. In summer the plants outside are usually taken care of pretty good. They leave them in the parking lot on the delivery racks from the trucks so there is plenty of space. Decent prices and had some good sales as well.
