You guys. Paul over in the tile and flooring department is awesome!! Incredibly friendly and helpful, Paul goes above and beyond in every respect. We came to this store to get 4 pieces of tile to match existing and their stock showed they had a pallet but it was MIA. Paul searched high and low and finally found the pallet and pulled it down. I bought 2 Champion American Stadard Toilets. Plumber installed and one of them won't stop leaking between the Tank & Bowl, must have a Crack like the online reviews say they are prone to. We have purchased numerous of this same Toilet w zero issues, we have numerous Properties. Just talked to the Manager who told me once they are installed they can't be returned due to health issues. BOLOGNA!! Arent you going to send it back to the Factory? They just don't want to take their defective Toilet back! Ive said this before and I know Lowes could care less, but im done with them!
