I can’t say enough good things about my Lowe’s team. Every time I come in, someone goes out of their way to help, not just pointing me in the right direction, but actually sharing their expertise and making sure I’m set up to do the job right. With their help, I’ve completed multiple home improvement projects that I honestly couldn’t have done as confidently without them. On top of that, their veteran program and discounts are truly appreciated and show real support. This store consistently delivers great service, and it keeps me coming back. I recently purchased a Craftsman tool bench from their store which almost felt like a right of passage as a new home owner.

The store is chronically understaffed. They expect the customer to wander around aimlessly looking for things then check themselves out at self-check. The store was nearly empty this Saturday morning and I could not find anyone to help. When I did find someone, they could not unlock the tool case on aisle 59 to access the tool I needed. Waited 20 minutes for nothing. I had to walk away from my cart during this time, I come back to find out the some unseen employee has restocked all the items in my cart that I had spent an hour walking around to find. Mind blown. Left and went to Home Depot. In and out in 15 minutes. Great experience. Will not be back to Lowe’s.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. I was in the store for about an hour and a half, walking through multiple departments, and not a single employee came up to ask if I needed help or even acknowledged that I was there. I made eye contact with several workers, and a few even walked right past me without saying a word. It honestly felt like I was invisible. When customers spend that much time in a store, there should at least be a basic level of attentiveness and courtesy. I wasn’t expecting anyone to hover, just a simple “Can I help you find anything?” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I left frustrated, disappointed, and questioning if customer service even matters to this location anymore.

I highly value this establishment, particularly its Garden Center. María, the cashier, consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to assistance, always extending a warm greeting. I frequent this location almost weekly for plant purchases. The store maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and I often discover excellent opportunities in the clearance section. I wholeheartedly endorse this store.

I cannot even leave a star but have to leave 1..... Zephyrhills store sold me a granite countertop that was 20% off. They put the wrong install address that i didnt even know until i put a deposit down. when they give me contract to sign i see this and point it out. They made another contract same day and didnt even bother to contact me. So I go to store to see what was going on and they refused to honor the 20% percent of citing there was no deposit on this contract. Straight up wrong...I canceled everything....But Like they really care.....
