Truly the worst experience. On 2/7, my husband and I purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge. When we got home, we noticed a part to the washer was missing and the fridge simply did not work once plugged in. We were aware of the 48 hour return window and returned the fridge same day, purchasing a new one. We didn’t return the washer because the part was cheap and should be an easy fix. The new fridge we purchased had 2/3 handles and one was for a different size fridge. We had to spend $300 on two properly fitted handles for our $600 fridge. Now the washer. We spent $650 on a washer that was labeled as scratch and dent. No label told us it was missing a part. We ordered the part, and the machine gave us an error. We thought maybe we bought a faulty part, so we tried a different one. Again, w

There might be good deals on appliances but if you actually want the items you bought you’ll have to move them yourself. I did the run around with this place to just get my items delivered and every day they came up with a new excuse as to why they couldn’t deliver. There is clearly something wrong with management or corporate not sure but to this day I still don’t have my items so at this point they are holding my property hostage!

Hundreds of appliances and overstock of Lowe’s appliances. You might not get what you were looking for, but you might find something that you never knew you needed.

Bought a fridge from here with one small dent in the bottom panel. Had it delivered a week later as that was their next available delivery day. Fridge came with nine additional dents and a four inch scratch that weren’t there when we bought it in store. Really not a good experience. If you’re picking something up that day, it’ll be a much better experience than relying on a delivery to keep your item in the same condition you saw it in store.

Had manager tell us specifically that we could return extra attachments and hoses if needed. The situation was that we bought a washer and dryer and they said we needed to buy a drain hose, the water lines, and dryer vent with the washer and dryer in order for the delivery guys to attach it for us. So we did. We got the washer and dryer, and both the washer and dryer werent working. So we returned both. We go back into the store to buy a different model, and they said we again, need to buy another set of lines for them to install it. We said we already did with the first set. A manager that we dont remember the name of said no worries, we can return anything we dont use. So we come back to return and Gul, the most unhelpful man I have ever met stares blank faced at us.
