The guy whom answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't provide any information on what I was looking for or even try to check the inventory system for it at all.
Got a hi sense fridge, plugged it up and left running for more than 24 hrs and it doesn’t even work. They are aware of this so we are returning it for another one. We are on the way to get it. Hopefully this one works. I know this is a scratch and dent spot but for something to not even work is insane.
