Lowman Heating and Air

I've been using Lowman's for many years and always got good service and pricing. Last week my boiler needed the soot cleaned out. They came out, on Monday, identified that they needed their vac and then left me without heat for Thanksgiving after promising to be back, even telling me on the phone they would be there. I guess they don't need me as a customer. Forgot to add that they had already been out less than 2 weeks before to "clean" my system.

Worst company we have ever used. It took them 11 trips and that was 11 weeks before we could get our furnace running. Then the guy did not do the boot on the roof correctly. We had to hire the guy that did our roof to do it. Then we had trouble the following year, we called and left several messages and they we not call us back, I would not recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is amazing!!! They installed a full new system. They went above and beyond installing this system. Our original furnace was in the attic which is very small. Like the house was built around the furnace. They moved the furnace to a closet area and let me tell you the work is outstanding and you could tell they took such great pride in their work and cared for their customers. They even made a entry hatch in our hall so that we had a better access and anyone in the future that may need to access up there also had easier access. The out unit that was installed is very nice looking. They cleaned up the area and even put the system in a better spot.
