I hired this company to remove a tree from my back yard. They did a great job removing it but brought it all to the front of my house and left on my grass that we just spent $2,600 on that. When they were leaving I asked when it would be picked up and hauled away and was told the same day. 6pm rolled around and it was still on my grass so I called to find out when it would be taken. I was told the next day in the morning. I asked if someone could come right away and move it all off my grass to avoid it being destroyed but was told no it will be fine. I ended up having to spent time moving it all myself. And to top this all off the owner James called me and flipped out like I had done something wrong. They think they’re landscapers they put in the worst bushes they’re all hanging over they made holes everywhere. They left their trash in my yard. You can’t even get in touch with the owner. He doesn’t call back or even come to see the site that they did but it’s OK to charge over $12,000 and never come to see the site Totally disappointed they shouldn’t just put their advertisement in somebody’s mailbox that lives in a private country club and they can’t stick by their work if they don’t know how to be landscapers they shouldn’t do it. They’re trying to tell me that I wanted to date PALM and it was a Robolini. I know date pumps from Robolini and then charge me 600 for attorney Robolini this is BS And I’m not somebody who just wants to post bad stuff. They took total advantage of me and th

Loyal Tree was a pleasure to work with. From the first moment we received an estimate, we knew we were dealing with professionals. They did a wonderful job completing the job, as well as cleaning up everything. Our debris was even removed only two hours after they finished.
