I’ve completed 38 large capital Improvement projects over the last seven years using a combination of 178 different subs/GC ‘s. I know the difference between a good crew and a bad crew. I can say from experience, that Loza Concrete is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. I hired them to construct a new curb, gutter, and sidewalk in the public right of way based on a recommendation from Redondo Beach Public Works and Engineering Department. It was a comprehensive project and these guys came in and made it look easy. They completed the entire project, inspections and all, in less than two weeks. Not a single problem.
