I highly recommend Lozano's Painting. Jose and his son did a great job with the outside of our house. They were prompt, communicative, and efficient. I received an emailed estimate and work verification (which I appreciated), and Jose ensured that I was 100% satisfied with the work. What's more, there were some restrictions I had on day two as I was going to be out of town and worried about the side gate being left open and my dog's safety. Not only did Jose and his son show my dog love, but they re-configured their plan to only work on the front of the house that day, so I didn't need to be concerned about my pup. Can't say enough. We became familiar with these folks from observing their good work for neighbors. We hired them for some turnover work on a rental property. They were able to address a variety of miscellaneous repairs and did a wonderful job of repainting the entire interior. Can’t say enough about their excellent workmanship and our satisfaction. I had moved into my home 20+ years ago and had never painted the exterior. The stucco had numerous cracks and it had severe damage on one side of my home where the strong wind had worn off layers. Lozano's Painting Inc. to the rescue! After looking over my home and walls I got a great quote and the work started within days. From Saturday to Wednesday my home was given a make over! First the entire surface was power-washed. Two days later stucco was repaired and let's just say there was a lot to repair. Within 2 more days my home, and exterior walls were done! The attention to detail, along with the care taken to protect my walkways and even my outside plants was appreciated. My home looks like a new house again!
