Luis was recommended to us by our real estate agent. We hired Luis to help us with multiple repairs and improvements to our home after we purchased it and before we moved in. We needed him to coordinate multiple contractors and complete a great deal of work quickly. Luis rearranged his schedule in order to meet our needs. He kept in contact with us every day throughout the process. He sent us pictures almost every day so we could see the progress he was making and called us regularly with any questions or concerns. He and his team repainted most of the interior of the house, refinished all our wood floors, power washed and stained our decks, installed new recessed lighting throughout the house, installed Ring security cameras and lights outside our home, made changes to make our base

Luis and his crew did a major remodeling of my home. Complete new main bathroom, converted a tub to a walk in shower, raised a sunken living room to match the rest of the house, Luxury Vinyl Planking thruout the entire house,some electrical,new doors and more, the works. Luis and his crew did an outstanding job start to finish. Luis is not a my way or the highway type of person, he will listen and work with you so you get what you want. I plan on having him back next year for some additional work.
