I can’t say enough good things about Lt. Dan Inspection Services. Dan was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy to work with. Honestly, since COVID I’ve had more “meh” service experiences than I can count. Dan completely restored my faith that there are still people out there who truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you want an inspection done right (and without feeling like just another number), this is the guy to call.

Dan was fantastic to work with. He’s a genuinely nice guy who was able to come out quickly to inspect the house I was buying. He was extremely thorough, checking every part of the property and making sure nothing was overlooked. His final report was clear and detailed, showing everything he found along with recommendations for repairs. What really impressed me was how he took the time to explain the items of concern and offered guidance on how to address them. That extra effort made a big difference and gave me peace of mind. Dan is very trustworthy and clearly cares about doing a great job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.

The Home Inspection Dan provided was very thorough and was also a great learning experience. Dan takes the time to crawl where most wont and gives a complete, honest and professional opinion along with a comprehensive report in a shareable format. When I arrived for the inspection Dan had already been there for a half hour, surveying the exterior and taking pictures. He spent hours with me combing through the property, pointing out various areas of concern and offering various solutions.
