LTD Builders did an amazing job on our home. The transformation of our first floor was incredible, all of friends said it doesn’t even look like the same house! They worked quickly and made sure everything was done to our liking. If we pointed something out, they were quick to make it right. When we wanted help or suggestions on finishes or design, they offered their expertise and professional opinions. Jon, Audra, Hugh, Michelle, the entire team, including contractors were great!

They did a super job and the renovations came out beautiful. The entire process exceeded our expectations LTD also did a tremendous job helping us with the design work. Their suggestions really made a positive difference in the final project. All work was done professionally and timely. The cost came in close to our expectations including the change orders that we decided to make along the way. Would definitely recommend using them and in fact we are in the process of having them quote doing some renovation work on another condo we own.

We recently completed a full renovation of our home including a new kitchen, bathroom remodels, new floors, windows and even stairways. Having done multiple renovations before we found working with the team at LTD easy and stress free. They are creative , resourceful and pay particular attention to even the small details. LTD Builders did a phenomenal job, renovating my master bedroom bathroom and closets. Everyone who works for them is courteous and knowledgeable. The owners are intimately involved with every project. Like all projects, issues arise. They were always handled promptly and to my complete satisfaction. There were no unsuspected extra charges. Above everything else, their mission was to make sure I was completely satisfied and pleased with their work, which I was!
