Lubbock Concrete Coating

These guys are great. Josh and the rest of the guys do an excellent job. We’ve had three different companies put down concrete coatings for us. By far, Lubbock Concrete Coating is the best company we’ve dealt with. They’re courteous, respectful, efficient, fair with their prices and cleanup well after themselves. Really couldn’t be happier.

So friendly so helpful and so honest! State and contact with us the whole way through and even couple of months later checking on us! Great company and I would suggest to anyone! We covered everybody on the colors, Broncos, Cowboys, Harley, Colts!

They didn’t put enough sealer down leaving the floor too rough and impossible to keep clean. Had to buy an expensive floor scrubber to get it close to clean. 4 months of use and regular mopping, these pictures show how dirty it has gotten with the rough finish. It’s going to take hours of scrubbing to get it back to looking clean. Also I was overcharged by square footage that never got done, I was unaware of a spot that didn’t get done while it was curing. They collected their money and left never to return. Called multiple times and was told they would refund the amount overcharged, never did.

We are very happy with the outcome of our newly coated floors, Lubbock Concrete & coating did an excellent job with our floors. Not only do we recommend, but we will be using them again on future projects. We experienced great customer service, and the guys doing the work were very knowledgeable.

Don't waste your money....they put the flooring down and after they left we noticed low spots that hold water and places thay were super rough and sharp. They came out and looked at what our concerns were..promised to come back and fix...only to never show and not answer the phone. The work came with a 20 year warranty but can't get them to uphold the deal. We are in contact with an attorney and with the amount of complaints for same thing attorney is pretty optimistic we have a case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
