Lucas Construction did a large renovation on our heights home and we could not be happier with the results. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project including communication, attention to detail, fair pricing and the overall level of craftsmanship. All of their in-house workers and subs were excellent, clean and professional. In the months since the renovation was completed, they have quickly rectified the few minor issues that have cropped up. The quality of their workmanship is second to none and everyone that visits our home is blown away by the beauty of the project. Don’t hesitate to use this outstanding company.

I can't say enough good about Lucas Craftsmanship. I used them for two renovation projects for my home. They were on time and on budget. Steven, our project manager, was easy to contact and responded quickly. If there was any kind of problem, he explained clearly. They were very organized and all of their teams-carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc., very considerate of our space, easy to work with, and produced high quality work. I have worked with several contractors over the years and Lucas is, by far, the best.

Don’t be fooled by the Lucas brothers’ promises of quality. It’s only been 1 year and 4 months since Lucas’ subcontractors painted our house exterior and the paint is already peeling off, mildewing, and has wood knots showing through (wasn’t primed properly). This is despite paying for the premium 30 year paint and the contractor taking over 5 weeks to paint the outside of our 1200 sq foot bungalow. Now I’m going to end up having to shell out thousands to have someone repaint within 2 years. We told the project managers and owners many many times that their painters were not competent, and we were largely ignored. The pictures prove I was right. What a waste of money and time.
