They make the process for any type of project you have very easy by providing all the support you need to accomplish your project. My husband and I had the privilege to work with Lucino’s Construction Inc. for over a year on a complex construction. Lucino and his team helped construct a new ADU, along with a concrete custom deck and storage in our backyard. This construction/ expansion allowed us to utilize unused space on our property. Lucino’s expertise and keen eye for structural design helped us maximize the use of our property’s square footage. His proficiency in explaining structural design and the use of computer software allowed us to visualize our project in 3D, allowing us to make any changes we felt necessary prior to submitting plans. We used Lucino’s Construction to add second story to our house in Fremont CA on 2010. It was a complete remodel. Remodel was to convert old 1450 square feet house to a new 3980 square feet house. Lucino’s Construction completed this remodel project on time and on budget. I am very satisfied with how clean and efficiently they work. Thank very much to the team. I love my new house.

Lucino Construction was the main contractor that started and finished our 4 unit apartment building. We started in 2019 almost right before the pandemic and finished after the pandemic around 2023. Suffice to say, the process was anything but smooth because of the pandemic. The work includes demolishing an existing building and pouring concrete for the new foundation. Lucino oversaw and guided us through the whole process, successfully dealing with situations beyond our control. My apartment building is very well constructed with all the updated building codes. During summer’s high heat, we hardly feel the temperatures from the outside. I would highly recommend Lucino to handle future projects.
