Amazing job today. Had issues with my hot water storage tank and they diagnosed it, got the new one, and installed it same day. Price was great, mechanic was friendly and down to earth. 10/10 experience and ill be going to them or recommending them to anyone I know whole heartedly with no worries.

Avoid at all cost. It's a scam to collect an easy 100 dollars. I had two faulty valves that needed to be replaced. They came and gave me an estimate which they charge roughly 100 dollars for. The estimate was for 750 dollars. That's robbery. On top of it with that outrageous price, you think they'd just shut the water off (technically not authorized but most plummer's do it themselves.). The town charges 100 dollars to turn the water off. The deal is you go with their offer and the 100 dollars for the estimate gets credited to offer. They hope people accept the awful price so they don't feel like they wasted 100 dollars. The proof to me that this is a business built on this scam was the estimate itself. Had a couple of issues with my boiler which caused a water leak. I did not call others but i trusted that the quote would be common (even though everything these days is $$$ unfortunately). Christine was very nice when I called. It was an emergency call and they were here within a couple of hours which was awesome. Dave was sent and it’s amazing how one worker / professional can label the experience. Dave was really the best ! Empathetic and professional all the way !

Very responsive and came same day. Dave H did a fantastic job replacing sections of the houses main drain pipe. Very knowledgeable. Fair price for work done. Cleaned up and made sure no leaks! We have found our new plumber!

My experience with Joe and Lucky Day plumbing at first wasn’t so lucky. The reception and personal care was outstanding at the office. I was without heat for over a week. Joe came in and got right to it. A part was needed. He managed to find and install. We thought that was the problem. But the heat still would not stay on over time after hours of dedicated work by Joe on a 1960’s steam plumbing system. Another night went without heat. The next I called and Joe came over straight away … having to drop another responsibility to come reexamine the plumbing problem in my house. This time he was intent on finding and tripling down on a more in depth cause to a very old system… after long hours of work this time and a few new parts and adjustments my heat was working better then when running th
