This company is ROCK solid! From first contact to final service, they were professional, friendly and prompt. I owned my own business for nearly 40 years so I recognize a great company when I see one. Logan was super friendly and had our system corrected in 30 short minutes. Highly recommend these guys!

Logan was great, very respectful. He explained what he was doing and how. He knew what he was doing. He came back with another young man (I’m bad with names. I can’t remember it) but he was very polite and respectful. They cleaned up their mess and put things back.

They reached out shortly after I asked for a quote and were able to come out the next day to fix an issue that was supposed to be fixed months before by another contractor. Logan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was in and out in around 30 minutes and even swept up after himself. Overall, this was a great experience with this company and their price for services was fair. I will be using and referring others to them in the future.

Evan was excellent! Water pressure was at 20 psi before they arrived. It’s currently at 75! He took care of our needs right away. We definitely will be using Lucky Duck for all of our plumbing needs.
