I had my filter media changed to the new glass media, and the customer service was excellent. The 2 guys who came to do the service were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They were a pleasure to do business with. I also had a great experience at the store when I initially went to lucky duck , because I had an issue with my pool being green with algae and not clearing. The owner told me exactly what products to add to my pool and promised my pool would be clear in 24 hrs, and he was absolutely correct.. next day after putting in the products the pool was blue and clear. I’ve used this company for both opening and closing my above-ground pool, but after this year’s closing I discovered a major issue: the water started draining out under the cover until only about six inches remain. My pool has never had a leaking problem until after they serviced it. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the situation, but instead of listening to my concerns, he told me to refill the entire pool “to see if it drains again.” I explained that I didn’t want to waste money refilling thousands of gallons of water just to watch it leak out, and his response was, “it doesn’t cost that much. Started using Lucky Duck last spring. Owner Anthony and manager Steve always have provided top notch service. I would not go anywhere else for my pool supplies and service.

My husband and recently started going to Lucky duck again as new ownership took over. Anthony the new owner and Steve his side kick are amazing to work with! We uncovered our pool it was green and they gave us the goods to clear it right up! They are affordable super helpful and when I needed a new piece for the pool Anthony had it in the back came out and even put the tape on it. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a go to pool place to check them out!!!!! We are even thinking about using their pool school service in the future!

Highly recommend. We were first-time pool owners and went with a competitor to start. That experience did not go well, but Lucky Duck was there for us. They stepped in and got our pool up and running again within days. Since then, they have continued to support us every step of the way. They will continue to be our go-to pool store, and I cannot recommend this company enough
