I had an excellent experience with the service from Lucky Ducts Cleaning! Max and John were incredibly thorough from start to finish. They took the time to show me clear before-and-after videos of my ductwork, which really helped me see the difference their work made, and boy was it a difference! Both of them were professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. On top of that, I had a surprise mini flood at the start of the day from a humidifier issue. They didn’t hesitate to jump in and help me clean it up, even though it wasn’t part of the job. That level of care and service is rare these days. Highly recommend Max, John, and the entire team. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I never had my ducts cleaned, so was overwhelmed when searching who to contact. I liked the Lucky Ducts website and received a call from Max within the hour, and he scheduled to come out the same day. He was late due to another job, but he kept me updated with his status all day on when he could come out. Max and John didn’t get here until early evening, and they did such an incredible job! They both were very diligent and thorough with their work, and didn’t leave until late into the night. They informed me what they were doing for every process, and educated me with all questions that I had. And the before and after videos were great!
