We’ve been residents of Jupiter for over 10 years now and have never found a landscaping company to be as receptive to our request as the team at LUCKY landscaping. When experiencing an Issue with her backyard, the customer service representative, Austin, answering their phone was incredibly professional and helpful. He promised a resolution to the problem within a short bit of time. Not long after, I received a call from his supervisor Ray. And the shift manager Pat came to our door, introduced himself and made sure everything was to our liking. That this level of professionalism comes from the top. They act like maniacs with a chainsaw and trim whatever they see in front of them. And it doesn't matter what they do, they always ruin it. Their manager is very rude and unprofessional, just like his people. they have no idea what they are doing
