1.) On two different occasions I received texts from them that they’re “scheduled to come tomorrow”. Had to call them and reschedule as I had no idea they schedule on their own accord without consulting the homeowner. (They were given the job through my home warranty company). 2.) After an initial visit to determine if my water softener needed to be replaced they returned on the second visit unannounced. I was told to expect someone from 8-10am and the tech never knocked on the door. He changed a part on my softener and left. Turns out they told my warranty company it’s still doesn’t work and needs to be completely replaced. Just because my softener is accessible from my front yard doesn’t mean you should go onto someone’s property without the courtesy of at least a knock. 3.) Despit

Outstanding service. Thorough and comprehensive work. The technician is superb and cares about his job. He dedicated considerable time into checking all aspects of the heating sytem point by point. The customer service representatives are highly professional and helfpful. I enthusiastically recommend this service for quality work.

This 5-star rating is for the septic driver, Gabrial, who came out to my home and emptied my full septic tank. He was extremely professional, went above and beyond, and truly deserves recognition for going out of his way to make sure everything was up and running again. I contacted Lucky's about a septic pumping and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Gabe came out the next day, super polite and professional guy. He got in and out in less than an hour, price was reasonable, would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Glen is amazing and very professional, observant, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to find the root of the issue rather than offering a temporary fix, which is so rare these days.
