This body shop is very irresponsible. My car has been there for over a month, and every week they tell me it's going to be ready. When I call, they still get offended when I complain. A guy named Cris lies a lot; he's completely unprofessional. They've had my car since November 6th, and when I call, they tell me it's in the mechanics, then they say it's in the body shop, and now I call and they say it's still in the mechanics and they don't have a delivery date. They don't know.

LUGO Contractors completed an amazing job on my house in preparation for selling on the current market. Luis and Juan were with me step by step to ensure all my expectations were met and even exceeded. The absolute best consideration when finding something that needed attention, Luis would take care of it without any issue. I would highly recommend.
