i had a wonderful experience with this carpet cleaning service. the carpets in the common areas of our condo in cambridge were cleaned really well, and the wood floors underneath were kept safe and undamaged. tracy and brayden planned ahead, came in as a team, and gave the carpets a deep clean. they also shared some helpful tips on how to care for the carpets after the service. the customer service was excellent—calls were returned quickly, the appointment was scheduled at a convenient time, and the price was fair. i also appreciated their attention to safety and their advice about different types of carpet. i'll definitely use their carpet cleaning again in the future.
