Vlad did a great job refurbishing, sanding and staining our water damaged and faded wood patio ceiling, along with various other exterior repair projects including stucco repair and paint and installing new hidden stone door for outdoor kitchen gas access panel. Vlads work throughout was thorough and detailed. He even hammered the damaged boards back into place and ensured best color match possible Lena was great to work with as well. She provided multiple options in different budgets for various projects and kept us informed and checked on our satisfaction at key points along the way. She also worked to find good prices on materials, including a matching granite remnant. The work area was also draped off well to contain dust and protect our floors and pool.

The work done by Vladimir and Lena was first class. They were very courteous, professional and neat. Initial cabinet work was done by another contractor and was substandard in fit and finish. Despite this adding to the challenge, Vladimir was able to resolve the previous issues and leave us with a beautiful result. Wish we would have hired Lukin Home Remodeling first and will use them for several other upcoming projects. Their level of attention to detail and quality workmanship is outstanding.
