We have large orders come in weekly 99.9% of the time they are perfect. IF we ever do have an issue, we call, they answer on the first ring, and they TAKE CARE OF IT! keep up the good work Lukjan Ohio.
Shipping department is open at 6am but they never have door unlocked. You have to call the plant and have them unlock the door.
I picked up here 12/23/24 I had no issues they loaded me in like 40mins in & out.
Great products and great people.
Extremely slow unload. Three trucks for three hours
