After shopping almost every wood flooring shop in se Michigan we found best price and quality at LL! We went with a 1/4 hardwood and LL was extremely helpful in guiding us to purchase a nail gun appropriate for the exotic wood we purchased. Install went well, we were thrilled with the variety of lengths in the boxes we purchased. Our relatives all admired the floor when we were finished. This is our 2nd home and our second time going with LL even though they were a drive from us won't be our last for flooring needs thank you Nick and Ryan for your knowledge and no pressure sale!

One of the worst experiences that I have ever had. The installation company (an outside vendor) was messy and of very low quality. The pictures shown are just a few of the concerns. The walls in almost all of the areas they worked must be repainted. The doors are not able to be reinstalled due to the height gain with the new floors. When the installation crew left they took ALL of the supplies that I paid for. The showroom experience was fine until these problems came up. Now they have disappeared. Be careful dealing with this company!!
