We purchased faux wood flooring from LL Flooring in November. From the moment the order was placed they were amazing. When the order was placed they immediately let us know it would be 6 weeks until the order would be in. Once the 6 weeks was up, they contacted us every week to keep us posted on when it would arrive. They apologized, even though it wasn't anything they did. Everyone at this location (Thomasboro road) was amazing. Very polite, courteous and very responsive. The additional plus is my floor looks amazing. By the way we bought the Brazilian Cherry 4mm. I have attached the before and after.

Joe & Tim were amazing to work with. I initially ordered the wrong flooring online. The flooring I was trying to match had been purchased and installed two years ago. I only had a piece of the old flooring and a partial label to work with. They went above and beyond to help me find the flooring I actually needed.
