The salesman was quite helpful however I Ordered and picked up 13 boxes of flooring. One of the boxes had a different color I had to wait and go out of my way to correct the situation They did nothing for me except exchange Was not able to finish your job. Had to go back the next week. extremely inconvenient I recommend checking every box you order

Fantastic customer service from Allen Needles. From the moment I walked into their showroom, Allen was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Allen walked me through my options, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Definitely recommend using this place for your flooring needs!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been waiting for repairs to our floor for months. We have to call everyday asking for the help with our “case”. The lady who answers the phone keeps saying sorry I didn’t get back to you someone died in my family. She’s used this excuse multiple times. This is our floor 3 months after the first repair. You can see the seams and the vynal planking floating away or separating. This is so sad. We are embarrassed to have people over. We are still paying off the floors. Unacceptable. Go somewhere else.

Scott was a great help! After years of trying to find the stair treads that match our flooring we bought there, he was able to find them! We have asked many other stores over the years and everyone told us they weren’t able to be ordered. Scott took the time to actually look for them! Thanks Scott!
