Lumber Liquidators

We bought a vinyl laminate flooring for my home office.. yes, we did install it as we have installed tons of wood flooring before. We also purchased a laminate flooring from lowes for a different part of the home. Now, approximately a year into the flooring that was installed at same time, this one from Lumber liquidators is completely falling apart and cracking and I have to replace entirely as pictures do not do it justice. The other flooring throughout house us in brand new perfect condition. Could it be just this vinyl laminate..sure. It was the firstly time trying this type, but rest assured..it is the last time. And I will not be buying from them again.

The worst service ever! The saleswoman, or whatever she is, scolded me like a little child for making the mistake of entering the store through the back door because I had called repeatedly and no one came out to help me. She kept nagging me the whole time. I've been a customer for six years and I've never had service like this before. I will definitely not buy from that location again.

Outstanding service!! David went out of his way to find the same floor I have in my apartment and got it shipped from Georgia to me. David can't thank you enough! I had actually called the store in Dania Beach and the lady who answer the phone told me the floor was discontinued and I could not get it anywhere and I had to find something similar, which as a former Lumber Liquidators contractor (in MD) I know it was not possible that any store in the country would not have two boxes. The floor is not even 2 years old. So I called the Miami Gardens store and they helped me out.

I recently had a plumbing leak that damaged about 46 SF of laminated flooring. I knew trying to find matching replacement flooring would be difficult. I went to LL and they were very helpful in finding me an almost perfect match. As you see in the photo…the 3 new boxes on the left match pretty close to one box I had left over from years ago. German was very helpful and gave me a great price on 45 SF of replacement flooring. I would shop here again. Thanks.

Had a great experience at Lumber Liquidators thanks to Andy. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different flooring options and even pointed out a few that could have caused issues in the long run. I really appreciated his honesty and insight—it made a big difference in helping me make the right choice. Highly recommend asking for Andy if you’re shopping for new floors.
