Great selection, staff is knowledgeable about their products. May take a little time for staff to get to you, if other customers are in the store, but once they do you will have their full attention!

The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their product. The store was immaculate, and the product was arranged neatly. The assessor came out to my home to take measurements and did not mind that I asked questions. He was very professional and was able to explain the process well. I will recommend LL Flooring to anyone.

Yesterday I went inside this place. I’m not sure if it was the color of my skin, but I was not greeted or acknowledged. Someone else with a different skin color than I, came in about 5mins after me and he was greeted and assisted. So sad how some people are. Bless his racist heart. SMH!

From the first visit to the store until the install ,it was a great experience. LL Flooring staff were very patient and helpful. Then the crew from Ray’s Flooring did an amazing install.

The amazing service John L and Steven gave us was impeccable. We went into the store initially to browse with out a clear idea of what really wanted. John went out of his way to help us understanding the differences In the flooring and what work best with what we wanted our home to look like. We compared the quote from Home Depot and saved over $500!!! Come visit them it will be totally worth it Diana H
