I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lumber Liquidators store 1205 located in Dover, Delaware! From start to finish, the customer service from this store was absolutely outstanding. The store is well-organized, the product selection is top-notch, and the staff truly make the experience unforgettable. Manager Maranda and her associate John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and patient. They took the time to walk me through my options, answered every question thoroughly, and helped me find exactly what I needed for my rather larger project. Everywhere I go, it's always the customer service for me. Working with John at Lumber Liquidators in Dover, DE made my First Floor buying experience great! First visit, I was just browsing. He greeted me, got an idea for what I was looking for, explained things to me & assisted when needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I really like that I did not feel pushed or pressured. 2nd Visit same John. He remembered me, what I was looking for, everything. I ended up finding the most beautiful floor for my new office space here!

They are great. I would especially like to thank Maranda (Dover Stover but covering Newark), Michael (ex manager in Newark) and Alpha Designer Floors (LL installers). We were on a very tight moving schedule and we were able to buy, get delivered, acclimate, get the old gross carpet ripped out, and new hardwood floors installed through their hard and persistent work. All 3 had gone above and beyond to help us out. They were actually finishing the install as the movers were bringing in our stuff! We are very sorry to hear that the Newark location closed but will be using one of there other stores for the rest of our flooring needs. We also used LL in the past with great results.

Lots of variety of flooring. Very nice staff. The store manager Maranda was such a blessing. Made sure all my flooring would come in on time. Highly recommend lumber liquidators. My only complaint is that they need a good sign identifying the store.
