Besh was super-helpful. She remembered my husband's call from a few days earlier and helped us find the discontinued base board that no one else carried. She had a great attitude and sense of humor and was genuinely interested in our project. She even wiped down the boards so they wouldn't get the car dirty! Would definitely come here again based on such great assistance and product availability.

I ordered lumber over the phone and was assisted by a very friendly, knowledgeable woman. She was helpful and professional, and honestly the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of fewer. Unfortunately, my experience at pickup was the opposite. The man at the desk, who had also called to say my order was ready, was grumpy and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I asked about store hours and mentioned I will pick the next day, his sarcastic response was essentially, 'What do I care.' Throughout the interaction, he mumbled under his breath, became visibly annoyed when asked to repeat himself, and gave unnecessary instructions like telling me to move my truck even though I was already parked on the side of the warehouse. Taylor was incredible! Not only was she efficient and knowledgeable in the sales process. She also went to the back and brought my flooring out on the forklift. Very professional and very friendly. If you need flooring, go see Taylor.
