Everything is going very well until I buy it. As you can see in the picture, the width of the board is different, they don't want to solve the problem even though they sell it themselves. The people working at the store said that I needed to talk to Bellawood, I would have bought it from them if I thought it would be like that. If you have money that you want to throw away, you can shop from LL Flooring.

My wife and I recently purchased new floors for our house and they are absolutely amazing. Not only did the store have such wide range of floors to choose from but the staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Able to get the amount we needed from another store and they arrived very quickly. They went above and beyond to give us the best possible deal on not just the floors but when I needed to come back for moldings and thresholds they did everything they could to give us the best deal on those as well Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional- this store has a great staff and will recommend them to friends and families- thanks again for the amazing floors and also making the purchase smooth, and hassle free!

We absolutely love LL Flooring. We just purchased flooring for three bedrooms. Sheril, the store manager, is the absolute best! We dealt with her 5 years ago when we were selecting wood for our master bedroom. We were hoping she was still there and she was. She helped our three kids with selection of wood for their bedrooms (with final approval from mom and dad of course) and she was just so cool with them. She knows the different woods and can explain them well so we had good info to consider. She just makes the process of selecting and ordering so simple. Our entire home will now be LL Flooring and we are so happy with all of it. Looking forward to the install of our new floors in the coming weeks!

We buy over 125 floors a year, the staff is only superseded by their manager Sheril. The whole team is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. They treat our clients with the utmost respect. Highly recommend LL Flooring in Fairfield for sure
