Wow: 25% restocking fee and addition ‘LL I see refund to my credit card is over $100 less than the return invoice amount!!!!! Calling you on Monday. Return Shipping’ of almost 20%. Be warned and ensure you have a clause with your contractor with the sqft they say you need. Needless to say I simple can not recommend Lumber Liquidators. This review is NOT a reflection on the actual staff - they are great.

My builder got a contract at lumber liquidators for flooring my entire house. Stairs were ordered. Everything was going well until the stairs came in and they were the wrong color. I was told to call customer care when Tristin refuse to give me any information because I did not do the contract. Tristin basically hangs up the phone on me. I can’t speak to anyone because I’m not on the contract but they took my money. It’s the holidays and I still have an unfinished house. Doing business with lumber liquidators has been my worst experience ever and will never do business with them again. I would not recommend anyone to this company.

I have done business here in the past and was very pleased, that’s why I returned. Since my last visit I assume different ownership has happened since they had none of my previous records. This experience left me looking for a different flooring business to service me. Gentleman helping seemed new and untrained. I wasn’t window shopping I was there to do business and he seemed put off, and or confused by my inquiries. I had to ask all the questions with no information offered. When I asked about getting someone out to do a quote he stated it would be $50 looking like he hoped I would leave, and not move forward with paperwork. I bought a gallon of your cleaner and he didn’t even have the knowledge to ring it up, but I’m expected to spend $1000’s through an under trained or nonchalant liais

Staff was very professional, pleasant, and assisted very promptly. Showed me pictures of what the flooring looked like installed and called the other stores to see the availability. Before going in I already had a general idea of what I wanted and was able to be in and out within like 30 minutes.

Lyndale was awesome and was very patient with my wife as she couldn't decide on what she wanted. Would definitely recommend Lyndale at the Fayetteville NC store.
