Lumber Liquidators

I stopped into lumber liquidators for the first time since the change over from LL flooring, and I must say I’m not impressed. I asked to speak to the manager, all the managers in this location have always done great and was told HE was off. I asked if the female manager still worked here and was told no, she left and her assistant manager was replaced her. I’m hoping she wasn’t replaced by the one that smells but from the look of the desk she was. They both asked if they could help me instead, and then one needed to take a store call. They were both willing to help and they were professional, the one that helped me I asked her to grab me samples while the other was checking on product in the back, after she left I got a better look around the desk and it is disgusting. I stopped into the store around 5:15 with the intent of picking a floor and getting a rough estimate to install. Chris was great!!! I picked a floor, applied for the 18 months same as cash in minutes, purchased the floors and in the process of getting final quote for installation. Chris was very knowledgeable and ready to help! Quick and easy and out the door. .

We had a premium grade ,Grey hardwood looking, maximum thickness vinyl laminate floor installed in our kitchen, eat in kitchen, pantry, and 1/2 bath August 6, 2021. Joel's Veliz construction crew showed up early, which is always ok in my book 😊 . My 2 dogs slept peacefully on the couch in the family room adjoining the eat in kitchen despite all the rubber mallet banging and oscillating saw activity from the crew. This is a great testimony to the spirits of these 4 strangers in my house who did the installation. My 🐕 dogs loved the installation crew!!! Everything went smoothly and was professionally done. It was well worth it to pay for the installation completed in 6.5 hours by a 4 man experienced crew vs turning this into a 4 weekend do it myself project !! Our family room, entrance h

I recently had my entire first floor redone with engineered bamboo. The guys in the store answered my MANY questions and kept me informed on each step of this process. Joel and his crew did a fantastic job! They came in with a good quote and did great work (got there at 8am and were done by 3pm having only taken a lunch break). The detail they put into the finishing touches completely impressed me! Not only did they clean up everything afterwards but they asked me for clarification on any design questions as they were installing the floor. They also were originally planning on taking up the vinyl floor in my living room but were able to install the floor on top. Since I had already paid for the labor on the vinyl removal, Joel immediately submitted a refund. I only had to ask once! No hass
