Lumber Liquidators

This is my ongoing issue with Lumber liquidators now known as LL Flooring. On September 26, 2025, I made a purchase of hardwood flooring with installation for a total price of $7903.63. The installation was to be done by one of their in-house installers named Bella Flooring. Prior to giving me this price, Bella Flooring sent out one of their estimators who told me that they could install the hardwood flooring directly over my existing tile. They took this information and together with Lumber Liquidators came up with the price mentioned above. Materials were delivered many weeks in advance to acclimate to the climate in my home. Found the perfect replacement work bench-top. 60"x30"x1.25" Butcher block. $129.(less with cupon)😄 The guy there was Super helpful and showed me a sample and it was sweet, they loaded it up and I used a tack cloth and wiped it of (its sanded unfinished) hit it with some Danish oil, several coats. Well you tell me ,it turn out so well I went back and bought ANOTHER ONE.😛✌. YEP, I cut it in half (ripped) length wise for the top part I could have kept the old top but NO-WAY after seeing how nice it came out. THANKS L.L.Flooring..

I had an excellent experience with LL Dania. Caroline and Camille made the entire process easy. They helped with selections, explained all invoices, emailed updates frequently, and overall provided excellent customer service. The install team headed by Mario was excellent as well! They worked tirelessly throughout the week to get the flooring installed perfectly. The project was complicated and they took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone!
