we are happy with the product... however, when we went to pick up the order, the associate explained we needed to sign for it. After attempting to get the purchasers signature electronically... the associate explained "it wasn't working". and that she'd need to come in person from 2 towns over to sign in person. when we suggested that was bizarre he said "its not my company" .In this modern world, you would think there is a way to figure out how to figure out our computers to complete company policy!

Just had our Bellwood Brazilian Cherry delivered. Gabriel, our delivery person was phenomenal. He carefully placed 24 boxes of hardwood into our home. A Two person job, indeed, but he methodically placed it all carefully, by himself. Thomas Foraker, the Hartford, CT, manager worked with us and our contractor. The order placement and delivery date went as planned. There was no pressure and no unexpected delays! We had first purchased Bellwood about 15 years ago and are extremely satisfied with the beauty and durability of the product. That’s why we chose it again. Thomas F. Is very knowledgeable. He helped us out on two occasions and I would recommend him to anyone looking for flooring. He works open to close almost every day and still has a smile and is very personable.

Associate was unhelpful, rude and condescending. Complete waste of time if you're hoping to consult with someone and talk out options.

The store manager, Thomas F. was SUCH a huge help to us in our project of hardwood flooring our home. He was friendly, supportive, and overall comforting that we could accomplish the hardwood ourselves. He was very knowledgeable in this process and troubleshooted strategies with us to bring us a wonderful final product. Amazing customer service all around.
