I am amending my review. Kevin, the regional manager, demonstrated a high level of professionalism in the way he handled this. Through out this entire situation he communicated clearly, listened attentively, and ensured that I felt valued. He was fair and and listened with empathy and respect, which regained my trust through this experience. Overall, he was professional, approachable, and effectively solved the issue 100% to my satisfaction..

Megan and Gerson at the Spring TX store were helpful and competent. They shared their expertise with me and made my whole buying experience pleasant. Issues arose with the installation, but Megan went above and beyond to make the situation right and communicated well with me. Wade at the Westheimer Store expedited the procurement of 10 additional bags of leveling compound that I picked up, so the installation team could continue work. All LL Flooring Associates were kind, helpful and competent. Kiddos to Megan and Gerson for making the experience pleasant and the final outcome was very nice.

Great experience from start to finish! I never expected I would feel so confident and please with the services provided by a flooring company. We replaced all the flooring in our 2400 sqft home earlier this month. Throughout the process, the sales associates Christian and Kevin were so patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and generous. We had a great experience. They answered a lot of questions we had. Kevin was always available to answer any questions we had. The install was wonderful and happened in a timely manner. We are having a few updates on our home at the same time and lumber liquidators were very professional, the most communicative and worked around our schedule. We highly recommend lumber liquidators.

Had ceramic tile flooring installed by LL Flooring this year. Ever since the install, a white substance is growing on the cement grout. When cleaned, the substance returns. I have called and emailed LL Customer Engagement Team several times with some response, but now I am getting no response or contact. ***Update. Several months later and still getting the run around. Time to contact better business again, this will be my 3rd time for this floor issue. Up next small claims lawyer. Recommendations: STAY AWAY FROM FLOORING
