Received very patient and excellent customer service! Went to find some flooring for my camper. Was happy with the price and the knowledge the staff had about the different types of flooring. Only thing that I don't like, is that everything has to be ordered and takes 1 1/2 weeks to arrive to the store. I feel like they should get a truck delivery twice a week, not just once. That would definitely increase their customer base, as a lot of people are on deadlines with their projects and may not be able to wait that long for flooring.

We purchased Bellwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators-LL flooring in July 2023. We ordered enough flooring for our entire home, because we had water damage on our existing floors that could not be repaired. After continual delays the wood finally came in and the certified installer began installation. After a short time, large gaps between the planks became evident and the installation ended. We contacted LL repeatedly and were told numerous lies. Most of the flooring still sits in my home untouched 6 months later because the installer measured the boards and determined the Bellawood flooring that we paid over $7.00 a sq foot for was milled incorrectly, and not the appropriate width. Finally LL determined the flooring would be replaced through the warranty, but here we are 6 months later

Great people. Very knowledgeable. They were more than helpful. I've been to a few flooring placed around here. They were the most supportive I've seen.
